Rotoris raises ₹70 crore in Series A funding led by Blume Ventures

SUMMARY

Rotoris is a leading luxury watch company. Rotoris has raised ₹70 crore (approximately $7.4 million) in a Series A funding round. Blume Ventures led the investment round. The financing was also attended by 9Unicorns, Centricity, and a few family offices such as Diwakar Goel, Atul Singh & Adhiraj Burman. The funding round included well-known actor and television host Rannvijay Singha, which underscores the increasing investor interest in the luxury products and accessories business.

Capital deployment and business model

The company will use the funds raised to mainly strengthen the product development and expansion of manufacturing plants, and to expand its physical footprint in India and other geographies.

The influx of capital provides Rotoris the resources it needs to expand its production capacity and continue to adhere to its high standards of quality and exclusive positioning in the market for high-end artisanal products.

Rotoris was launched by Prerna Gupta and Aakash Anand exclusively through its Registry platform using the exclusive invitation-only business model. The brand’s market momentum shifted when the company’s first edition of 2100 numbered timepieces was completely sold out within days of its official unveiling in February 2026.

Since that first release, there have been almost 100,000 people who have signed up to access its watches. This demand constitutes 40% of the total aggregate demand from foreign Indian markets, including major countries like Australia, Dubai and the United States.

Before this Series A round, Rotoris had already secured $3 million in seed funding in December 2025. Nickel Kamath, the co-founder of Zerodha, actor-investor Vivek Anand Oberoi, Venture Catalysts, 100 Unicorns, and Tanmay Bhat together led that seed round.

Additionally, over 30 standout startup founders participated, such as Varun Alagh from Mamaearth, Gaurav Khatri from Noise, and Siddharth Dungarwal from Snitch, who showed a strong early-stage faith in the startup business.

Product offerings and expansion of physical presence

Rotoris provides sophisticated timepieces, specifically the Manifesta line, which has unique natural stone faces, and the Astonia line, which is a unique chronograph based on the Swiss movement. The company’s timepieces are manufactured and rigorously tested in the Rotoris Atelier situated in Gurugram.

In order to provide exquisite craftsmanship, Rotoris uses mechanical movements, which are sourced from Switzerland and Japan, bringing together international movement craftsmanship with local assembly craftsmanship.

The company intends to grow its reach in terms of physical stores through Rotoris House. In future expansion plans, the company intends to open more stores outside Delhi in major metropolises like Mumbai and New York.

Aakash Anand, co-founder, has experience with scaling companies, having exited the beauty and personal care brand Bella Vita in the past, and Prerna Gupta runs Rotoris with a unique expertise in premium brand building and customer experiences.

Conclusion

Luxury watch brand Rotoris achieved a breakthrough in its Series A funding round, which was led by Blume Ventures with a capital infusion of ₹70 crore. The company has strong early international demand, operates using a unique invitation-only registry system, and has received high-profile support from investors and founders, which puts it well prepared for its next stage of development. The brand remains a unique force in the global luxury watch market with research-driven firsts, scaling operations, and international retail expansion at Rotoris House.
