Mansi Jain is the Founder of DigitalPaani which is based in Delhi. Her software platform in the case of wastewater treatment plants makes management of operations much more efficient. These plants can treat, recover, and reuse contaminated water efficiently with the help of DigitalPaani.
The result is staggering 90 million liters of water are treated every day and almost 50 units of the leading enterprises in India have high-quality and compliance-worthy water facilities. Akshita Sachdeva: Crossing the Divide with Trestle Labs
Akshita Sachdeva, who comes from Bengaluru, established Trestle Labs to provide education and employment opportunities for people with blindness. Her artificial intelligence solution, Kibo, scans, recognizes, and narrates text in any printed, handwritten, or digital format in 60 languages.
Since its formation in July 2019, Kibo has made over 650 institutions more inclusive for over 1 million learners. Five lakh people in twenty-five countries. Sachdeva’s focus on accessibility and inclusion eventually provided them with the attention of the Cartier jury and she rightfully deserves to be a fellow.

Ira Guha: Asan redefining what it means to have a period
Ira Guha, also from Bengaluru is the Founder of Asan. Her revolutionary menstrual cup developed and patented during her time at the Harvard Innovation Lab solves the problem of period poverty and impacts the issue of plastic waste from sanitary pads.
Asan’s success is not limited to money through its services, it has saved more than 100,000 tons of landfill waste. Cartier appreciated Guha’s dedication to eco-friendly menstruation and making positive societal changes to be a force for good.

The Cartier Women’s Initiative Fellowship offers opportunities for growth for women business leaders.
