SBI Mutual Fund and Bharti Airtel were two of the buyers of shares of Indus Towers. The British telecom operator said it sold 48.47 crore shares or 18 per cent stake in Indus Towers through an accelerated book building offering.

The exchange data did not have the full list of buyers and market sources indicated that a few large private equity firms had accounted for a major part of the purchases. 

On the sellers side, Vodafone Telecommunications India Limited sold a 11.17 percent stake in Indus Towers. Trans Crystal Limited sold a 1.39 percent stake in Indus Towers for an average price of Rs 311.95 per share. 

Prime Metals Limited sold a 2.08 percent stake in Indus Towers for an average price of Rs 311.51 per share. Mobilvest and Asian Telecommunication Investments (Mauritius) Limited sold a 1.59 percent and a 0.93 percent stake in Indus Towers.

 Nippon Mutual Fund and SBI Mutual Fund bought a 0.9 percent and 0.58 percent stake in ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India respectively.On the sellers side, Wabco Asia Private Limited sold a 7.51 percent stake in ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India for an average price of Rs 15,394.54.

Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company A/C Classic Opportunities Fund and Canara Robecco Mutual bought a 0.51  percent and a 0.64 percent stake in KNR Constructions Limited respectively. While, Kamidi Karishma Reddy sold a 1.88 percent stake in KNR Constructions Limited for an average price of Rs 350.41 per share.

Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore PTE bought a 0.62 percent stake in Sansera Engineering for an average price of Rs 1200 per share. ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company and HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company bought a 0.54 percent and a 0.54 percent stake in Sansera Engineering respectively. 

SBI Mutual Fund, DSP Mutual Fund, and Societe Generale bought a 0.68 percent, 2.27 percent, and a 0.66 percent stake in Sansera Engineering respectively. Custody Bank of Japan LTD RE RB Amundi India Small Cap Equity Mother Fund bought a 2.04 percent stake in Sansera Engineering.

On the sellers side, Client Ebene Limited sold a 9.3 percent stake in Sansera Engineering, while CVCIGP II Employee Ebene Limited sold a 2.2 percent stake in the company. Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited bought around 11 crore shares in Advanced Enzyme Tech for an average price of Rs 385 per share. While, Orbimed Asia III Mauritius Limited sold around 11 crore shares in company for an average price of Rs 385 per share.
