I am Richa Mehta, an Entrepreneur, Model, Fashion designer, Influencer, Workaholic, Daughter, Wife, aiming and focussing to stride in all the fields with rigorous hard work and follow-my-passion attitude.
After being a college topper and having worked with one of the leading mnc- Ernst & Young, I followed my dream of fashion and styling and started my ‘one of a kind’ clothing brand ‘RM Vogue’ along with few modelling and acting assignments. I am also Brand Ambassador of Cosmopolitan India, amongst Top 100 women achiever’s 2018 and receiving National Women Achiever’s Excellence award this August.

RM Vogue went live on 22nd Feb 2018 with aim of making people earn from pre-owned clothes by renting-in and wearing new clothes every time by renting out. By this, we are giving them a source of employment and income while sitting at home.
How did you come up with the idea? Your inspiration moment
The inspiration behind my idea is common-man thought of having multiple designer outfits sitting idle in wardrobe and having an urge of buying new. We provide a platform for people to rent in from their wardrobe (to earn money) and rent-out at an affordable price to wear new clothes whether it’s for a random party or special occasion.

About funding, plans on growth/ Future plans and funding
We are looking for investors to expand and multiply our growth. The future plan is to set this as a base and have branches not only in India but abroad too. Renting clothes is need of an hour as not everybody can afford new outfits every time and as trend keeps changing. Moreover, one can rent out a couple of outfits with the same amount spent on purchasing one.
Challenges and Opportunities/ Marketing Strategies
Challenges!!-Oh a lot. As till now, people are of this mindset to not wear a cloth which somebody else owns or what if somebody will get to know that the outfit I am wearing is actually rented, not owned.
Opportunities!!- As its one of a kind and unique, every day is an opportunity for RM Vogue. A lot of things in line (including franchisee in different cities), will surely share once they are in our basket.
