When and how did you start?
We started working on this from 12 Feb 2017. We started when an opportunity to express our idea came through. In our college, there was a competition held on 13 Feb 2017. LAKSHYA Event (An Entrepreneur Challenge) organized by Amity University Noida. So from there, our journey started into shaping.
How did you come up with the idea? Your inspirational moment
I was sick someday and didn’t have any means to go and buy medicines from the market. So I called my friend and asked if he is out to market. He was not there but he went to the market and bought the medicines for me. So then this idea came to my mind that What If my friend can really get paid extra for it because he delivered it to me. So we noted in down and then shared the idea with my friend which is the co-founder.

And all of this can happen without any additional efforts, just pick up the requested items from where you are and drop them off at a location very near to where you’re headed. A simple idea which when implemented will solve a lot of problems and make people’s lives easier.
Our application provides two basic modes, one where you require assistance and the other where you’re willing to help someone out, namely:
Make request:
Enter your requirement details and depending on the input your request will pop up on the people who are willing to make a delivery.
Make delivery:
When you’re running low on cash, or just in the mood to help someone out, this option will come in handy. Requests with details will pop up on your phone once you select this option and you can swipe right to accept the request. Once accepted, you will be connected to the user via a chatbot for further negotiations.

Challenges and Opportunities/ Marketing Strategies
As such this is a brand new idea, we do not see any equivalent service or platform from any other provider.
Though it may seem similar to other delivery services. This platform is completely dependent on the user ecosystem where the whole platform is to connect the user to another user.
Our potential competitors in the market are-
For Food ordering services – For e.g. – Swiggy, Zomato etc. only show specific restaurant affiliated with it, they may not show your favorite vendor. Moreover, they charge delivery fees which are sometimes not feasible for budget buyers like students, teenagers etc. In this method, a third party is involved and may profit each time an order is made to the affiliated restaurant.
For Clothing – Myntra, Jabong etc. sell only what is in their inventory and may leave locally exclusive products which the user may have in mind. These websites also hog upon the share of local vendors and make huge profits which seems unfair.
For general purpose goods – Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal etc. they may provide the basic necessities but again they cut the sale of local vendors which is unfair and they charge a premium for faster delivery which is yet the next day.
The advantage we have over all the potential competitors is that we are not the third party but we provide the platform which tends to reach the untapped market ie the local market and local vendors. With this platform, the local market may profit .on the other hand it also provides the goods the same day.
