When and how did you start?
” I am doing journal work since September 2015. Currently, our journal website is getting searched for 160 different-different countries (in 2.5 yrs only). Journal work startup is very complicated. Most important thing is that for any journal’s success, prestigious indexing (like- Scopus, Thomson, Pubmed etc) is challenging for any publisher”, Says Dr. Poonam Verma Editor-in-chief IJLSSR.
How did you come up with the idea? Your inspiration moment
In India, research level is not too good and the publication is so complicated in any well-indexed journal because, in India, the reputed journal’s number is very less. If any author wants to publish research in International journal, then they have to pay lots of money for a single manuscript and it’s very tough to accept in that journal after facing too many times rejection, I decided to start own journal to solve the problem of Indian researcher and also encouraged their valuable research work.
Brief about the organization and founding members
IJLSSR is an International level, bimonthly, society journal. Now our journal got a good stand due to the hard work and dedication of our Editorial Board Members. List of our Editorial Board Members is too many (≥85) so unable to give the name of all members.

First of all, I would like to give advice to all readers that Journal work is a prestigious and unique in all aspects so without deep knowledge don’t start this setup, otherwise, your whole money will be wasted.
About funding, plans on growth
We didn’t get any fund right now but need money to grow the company fast so I am trying to get fund from any government organization.
Challenges and Opportunities/ Marketing Strategies
Without prestigious indexing (like- Scopus, Thomson, Pubmed etc) isn’t possible to establish and make a good brand to any journal. For these indexing, any publisher can apply after 3 yrs, So up to 3 yrs is very challenging to continue this work without profit.
Future plans and funding
In July month we have applied for good indexing (like- Scopus, Thomson, and Pubmed etc) and now waiting for the inclusion of our journal in this agencies. Journal work is so prestigious that will play a very important role in the development of any company so we will get soon any funds from anywhere, says Ms. Poonam Verma.

Believe in yourself and don’t insult to any needy person. Since 2015, I am facing many small & big challenges to establishing our journal till IJLSSR, included in the UGC journal list and got Index Medicus (WHO) indexing.
