Growth Jet Media and Banasthali Vidyapith Join Hands to Build Women-Led Media Talent
SUMMARY
- Partnership will create a talent pipeline through campus hiring, internships, live projects and industry engagement
7th October 2026, New Delhi: Growth Jet Media has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Banasthali Vidyapith to strengthen the pipeline of women professionals entering the media and communications industry.
The partnership will cover students across BJMC, MJMC and Mass Communication, with the first initiatives scheduled to begin in October 2026.
The collaboration will include annual campus hiring, 3- and 6-month internships, live industry projects and industry-led sessions, giving students practical exposure to media, public relations, content and digital communications.
The partnership follows an industry session conducted by Growth Jet Media at Banasthali Vidyapith on 6th October 2026 where students engaged with professionals from the media and communications industry. The MoU was signed following the session.
“Partnering with Growth Jet Media gives our Banasthali Vidyapith JMC students valuable hands-on experience by connecting classroom learning with the real media world. Together, we are excited to help train and prepare the confident media professionals of tomorrow,” said Dr. Rajni Mudgal.
The MoU provides for collaboration across internships, placements, live projects, practical training, seminars, industry mentorship and workshops, including training in news writing, content creation and digital-media production.
“We don’t want students to encounter the industry only after they graduate. The idea is to create that connection while they are still on campus — through real work, internships and conversations with people building the industry,” said Nikhil Singh Sumal, Founder, Growth Jet Media.
The partnership is intended to create an ongoing connection between media education and industry practice, while giving students exposure to the changing demands of the media and communications ecosystem.
The MoU has an initial validity of five years, with provision for renewal for successive five-year periods.
