GreyLabs AI aims to help companies extract data insights from their unstructured data, including email and call recording data. This speech analysis platform enables organizations to automate the agent training process and call quality assurance to help them enhance overall operational efficiency by compiling with regulatory guidelines.

The company plans to use these fresh proceeds to build more innovative artificial intelligence solutions for the enhanced platform, team expansion, and enhancement of its technology to increase the platform’s performance capability. The CEO of GreyLabs AI, Aman Goel, told ET that the company is building a team to improve and develop new features. The AI startup claims to have seven customers and aims to have more than 30 clients by the end of this financial year. The organization is planning to  use this fund to build the next phase of product and market expansion 

This startup was founded by Harshita Srivastava and Aman Goel. It expects to reach a 1 million USD revenue mark by this fiscal year. The GreyLabs AI team co-founded a conversational AI platform for financial institutions and fintech sectors known as Cogno AI, which was later acquired by Exotel in 2021. The startup competes with other AI platforms, including Mihup, Uniphore, Reverie, and Contiinex.
