Who is Jitesh Manwani?
Jitesh Manwani is a Business Coach. He is a young entrepreneur coach and consultant who has helped many businesses and startups grow in a few weeks. He helps lakhs of entrepreneurs through his online sessions and videos.
He has an MBA from Delhi and is a certified NLP practitioner, having been certified by the American Society of NLP, a language to understand the human mind. He is also pursuing Ph.D. in behavioral skills training and has been the Vice-President (public relations) of Toastmasters International.
He has trained companies like Tata Group of Companies, Raymond’s, Globus, Lodha Group, Premier Bio soft, Crystal Gallery Dubai, Shakti Pumps, S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Ola, IIFM (Bhopal), ITC. Trained nationalities, including Italians, Russians, Arabs, Egyptians, Lebanese, and many more, and has made a fabulous international mark.
How did you come up with the idea? Your inspirational moment
An inspiring moment happened in Goa when he conducted a retreat there and invited his mentor as a speaker, who taught him in 2015 in that program. During his talk, his mentor surprisingly said he wanted to join Jitesh’s program, so it was the most inspiring and touching moment Jitesh’s had when his mentor wanted to be his student.
Brief about the organization and founding members
We started as a digital speaker’s trainer, and then we transitioned as a video sales coach who now turned into a business coach of coaches.
The detailed journey, like what all you want to share with readers
We started in 2010 as soft-skills trainers, then went to different colleges and did lots of training there, then slowly and gradually entered into corporate training for multiple companies during 2012–13, then we went for a public forum where anyone could join our business coaching during 2016, and we came into business coaching, and still, We are doing the same.

We are a bootstrapped company that is Growing Rapidly.

We are looking to expand our team with the proper set of values. Our prestigious academy is “Jitesh Manwani Academy of Change, aka JMAC culture” We plan to move our headquarters to Chandigarh, a place with a lot of greenery and sunshine. We focus more on the student’s transformation and success in the coming years.
