This growth reflects increasing consumer trust and the company’s expanding presence.

The latest performance builds on Yes Madam’s decade-long journey of scaling a profitable and capital-efficient business. Founded in 2016 by Mayank Arya, Aditya Arya and Akanksha Vishnoi, the company remained bootstrapped until its first institutional funding round of ₹50 crore from Info Edge Growth earlier this year. The investment marked a new phase in the company’s journey.
Over the years, Yes Madam has expanded its presence across 55+ cities and has a network of over 10,000 service professionals. The company fulfills over 3.5 monthly bookings, reflecting growing demand for convenient at-home beauty and wellness services.
Yes Madam’s growth has been supported by its continued focus on innovation, hygiene, transparency and customer convenience. The company introduced single-use mono-dose kits and brought greater pricing transparency by separating product and service costs. It has also expanded access to instant salon and spa services at scale, while developing differentiated offerings such as its premium Korean-inspired beauty services .
Commenting on the company’s performance, Aditya Arya, Co-founder and CEO, Yes Madam, said, “For nearly a decade, we built Yes Madam without external funding by focusing on serving our customers, supporting our service partners and growing the business one step at a time. Built on customer trust, we gradually expanded from one city to another and from a handful of bookings to thousands, creating a business that could stand on its own feet. Our performance in Q2 FY27 reflects how far we have come and the foundation we have built over the years. As we enter our next phase of growth, our ambition is to offer a comprehensive range of beauty and wellness services and make Yes Madam the first name that comes to mind whenever consumers think of beauty services.”
Going forward, Yes Madam aims to expand its range of beauty and wellness services, strengthen its service partner network, invest in technology and deepen its presence in existing markets to serve a wider customer base.
